<p>The present invention relates to a training device for a horse. The training device comprises a fluid outlet (13) adapted for placement into the horse's mouth for releasing a supply of fluid directly into the horse's mouth for rewarding or deterring the animal, a reservoir (10) for holding a supply of fluid; a delivery pipe (11) connecting the reservoir to the outlet; and means (20) for controlling the release of the fluid into the animal's mouth. A sugar or salt solution may be delivered directly into the animal's mouth to encourage or deter behavioural aspects of the horse when training.</p> |
