The invention relates to a ball thrust and roller bearing which comprises an inner race, an outer race and cages. The cage for said thrust bearing is a spacer ring having radial grooves. The cage for said roller bearing comprises a pair of annular portions. The annular portions are provided with round pins which can be surrounded by tubes. The composite bearing is suited to high speed, heavy pressure condition and especially adapted for the hubs of wheels in rail car.
