PURPOSE:To stably produce a product being high in qualities such as taste, egg quality and color in a high yield without damaging ovary by salting Alaska pollack egg, draining salted egg off while applying vibration and efficiently carrying out treatment and processing of Alaska pollack egg. CONSTITUTION:100 pts.wt. of Alaska pollack egg is salted using preferably 5-20 pts.wt. of common salt and the salted egg is drained off while applying vibration under vibrating conditions of 0.1-50mm displacement, 0.5-4G acceleration and 10-200mm/s rate to carrying out treatment and processing of Alaska pollack. |
