<p>PURPOSE:To provide a Fourier transform multi-component continuous absorption analyzer which is a compact apparatus and enables the analyzing of multiple components simultanouesly and continuously at a high sensitivity even when components contained in a gas are very low in concentration, several ppm. CONSTITUTION:In a Fourier transform absorption analyzer in which a sample cell with a sample gas being passed therethrough continuously is irradiated with an infrared interference light to measure the intensity of the transmission light and multiple compoents contained in the sample gas are determined and analyzed simultaneously and continuously, the sample cell employs a gas cell 7 which is a tubule deformed in non-linearity with the curvature thereof almost uniform and the internal surface thereof is mirror finished. Both ends of the cell are closed with light transmitting windows 8 and 9 while an outlet 10 and an inlet 11 for the sample gas are attached to both the end parts.</p> |
