PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration of the quality of reproduced system of a DTMF signal and the like for a period when program related data is overlapped with a regular sound signal and is broadcasted. CONSTITUTION:This reception equipment of sound broadcasting is provided with reception parts 11 and 12 including a sound demodulator 14 and an amplifier circuit 18. A separation/reproduction means 31 separates and reproduces program related data overlapped with the demodulated sound signal, and it is stored in storage means 23 and 24. A header detection means 32 detecting the header part of program related data and a noise elimination means 33 corresponding to detected output are provided. When the header part is detected, the noise elimination means 33 reduces the output level of the amplifier circuit or eliminates sound for a prescribed period so as to reduce the level of unnecessary sound or set it to be zero. |
