PURPOSE:To obtain a new thienylazole compound having a calmodulin antagonistic effect, a coronary angiectactic effect, a cerebral angiectactic effect and a PAF antagonistic effect and useful as a therapeutic medicine for various kinds of circulatory diseases and various kinds of diseases caused by PAF. CONSTITUTION:A thienylazole compound is expressed by formula I [Ar is phenyl or pyridyl; R<1> is H, a halogen or an alkyl; R<2> is an alkyl, an alkenyl or an alkynyl; R<3> and R<4> are each H or an alkyl; both X and Y are N. or one of them is CR<5> (R<5> is H, an alkyl, etc.) and the other 18 N. or X is N and Y us CCOOR<6> (R<6> is H or an alkyl); Z is a halogen, OH, etc.] or its acid adduct salt, e.g. 4-[3-(2-chlorobenzoyl)-5-hexyl-2-thienyl]-3-dimethylaminomethyl-5- methyl-4,2,1-triazole. The compound of formula I can be obtained, e.g. by reacting a compound of formula II [W is a halogen or OSO2R<10> is an alkyl, CF3 or phenyl] with a compound of formula III. |
