<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of viruses in compressed air which is sterilized through an air dryer, a dust removing filter, and a sterilizer and to deodorize the compressed air. CONSTITUTION:An air dryer 2, a dust or oil removing filter 3 with a drain trap 9, an active carbon filter 4 with a drain trap 20, a sterilizer 5 with a drain trap 31 are attached to the discharge pipe 1 of a compressor. The air dryer 2 removes water in the first step; the dust or oil removing filter 3 removes dust or oil and also water in the second step; the active carbon filter 4 removes volatile organic compounds, volatile biological compounds, viruses parasitic on them, and water in the third step; the sterilizer 5 removes bacteria and water in the fourth step. Deodorized compressed air with a reduced number of viruses is obtained by this method.</p> |
