摘要

To produce an optical diffraction grid for photometric or spectroscopic applications, a negative preform (1') is formed with a smooth surface (1b) to carry a light-sensitive layer (3) which is illuminated and developed to form the grid pattern on the surface (1b). The surface (1b) is etched to form a negative mould, with a complementary relief structure for the diffraction grid to be produced. The material for the component is pressed or injected into a moulding tool, where the negative mould has been inserted.
