MONOVINYL AROMATIC COMPOUNDS HAVING IMPROVED ABRASION RESISTANCE

Methods and apparatus are disclosed for improving the qualities of monovinyl aromatic compounds, and more particularly for improving abrasion resistance and reducing the coefficient of friction associated with said compounds. The methods include addition of a well-defined low-molecular weight polyolefin friction-reducing material to the compounds.
