<p>PURPOSE:To enable a stable air paper feeding method by always checking and compensating air pressure varying due to paper dust, dirt, etc., in a printing device of electrophotographic recording type in which cut paper sheets and air for paper feed are used. CONSTITUTION:The automatic air pressure compensating mechanism of a printing device is provided with a pressure selector device 19 with openings 25 of the same form, an opening area selector pipe 18, a pressure sensor 23 to detect air pressure, a control part 24 which receives signals from the pressure sensor 23 and controls the drive signals to a motor 20, and a drive gear 22 to transmit the driving of the motor 20 to the opening area selector pipe 18. Thus a stable air paper feeding method can be realized by always checking and compensating air pressure varying due to paper dust, dirt, etc.</p> |
