CONSTITUTION:Conductors 1 fixed via insulating spacers 4 isolated at a predetermined interval are contained in a cylindrical vessel 10 sealed with insulating gas 7. A gas seal 16 formed between a flange 3 of the vessel 10 and the spacer 4 is disposed outside from a fusible part 8 of the flange 3 occurring due to an arc generated at the time of a ground-fault accident.
