Authorising digital data from text and images

A user-specific password is entered at the point of authorisation. An internal monitoring password is generated from a serial or identity number in a first encoding step. If this is successfully compared with the entered password, then an internal code word is formed in a second encoding step. A check sum or data key is formed, whereby a new specific key is generated for a change in the smallest data unit or transferrable quantity. The key is sent, including the serial or identity number, as an electronic signature. The user's password and an internal code word are reconstructed and generated respectively on the receiver side. A check key is derived and the electronic signature is generated internally on the receiver side. The generated and received signatures are compared to validate the signature and the transferred data.
