The fastener element is formed by an elastic expanding element (5). It has a stop surface, and is inserted into a hole in the strut (2) to that surface, and locked into position. The expanding element is removably connected to the fastener plate (3) via a screw (7) which is accessible from outside. The head of the screw is located in a recess (9) in the fastener plate, which is covered by a cover plate. This is held pivoted, and is pref. formed on the plate via a material film. The expanding element consists of a metal spring.
