NOVEL RECOMBINANT DerI ALLERGENIC SUBSTANCE, PRECURSOR THEREOF, AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THEM
摘要
A recombinant allergen originating in Dermatophagoides farinae or D. pteronysinus and a precursor thereof. The allergen has an allergic activity equivalent to those of natural allergens. The precursor is obtained by treating a DerI gene through gene recombination techniques using a nuclear polyhedrosis virus as the vector and a cutworm cell as the host. The recombinant allergen is obtained by shifting the pH of the precursor solution to the acidic side, and also by the site-specific variation of DNA molecules coding for DerI allergens or by the treatment of such DNA molecules with a protease.
