<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color liquid crystal display device where picture is bright and clear by disposing gate wiring and source wiring between picture elements instead of between color dots within one picture element and making optical opening ratio high. CONSTITUTION:One picture element is constituted of three for three colors dots 19R, 19G and 19B for three colors constituted of a transparent electrode and a color filter, for instance, and respective source electrodes 12s of a switching transistor 12 provided at the end part of three dots 19R, 19G and 19B are respectively connected to the source wirings 13R, 13G and 13B classified by respective individual colors arranged and provided between adjacent picture elements. Also the gate electrode 12g is commonly connected to the gate wiring 14 respectively connected and disposed between the picture elements.</p> |
