PURPOSE:To provide a color processor for which the degree of freedom is not limited in color specification and color working. CONSTITUTION:Input color picture signals are transmitted from a color picture input part 1 to a color picture recording part 2 and the color picture recording part 2 records the color picture signals in a recording medium. A color information extraction part 3 reads the color picture signals from the recording medium, extracts a spectroscopic characteristic value F(lambda) as color information and outputs it as a chrominance signal. The spectroscopic characteristic value F(lambda) transmitted from the color information extraction part 3 is inputted to a color information adjustment part 4 and sent to a spectroscopic characteristic display working part 8. In the spectroscopic characteristic display working part 8, for instance, the curve of the spectroscopic characteristic value F(lambda) is made optionally deformable. The spectroscopic characteristic value F'(lambda) corresponding to the curve deformed in such a manner is outputted from the color information adjustment part 4 as the adjusted chrominance signal, that is, the adjusted color information. |
