PURPOSE:To suppress vibration of a tire at a high speed by adhering a balancer weight made of a rubber material to an inner cavity surface of the tire at a recess position of a primary part of a radial run-out of a tire base. CONSTITUTION:A radial run-out of a tire base 2 is measured by using a uniformity machine, and degree-analyzed to obtain a recess position 15 and a recess amount L (mm) of a primary component of the run-out. Then, a balancer weight 3 having a weight (72-360 times of a value of the amount L: unit g) responsive to the amount L is adhered to the inner surface SH of a cavity of a tire at the position 15 of the primary component of the run-out. The weight 3 is formed of easily elastically deformed vulcanized rubber material in order to follow up to a deformation of the tire in contact/non-contact with the ground. Thus, at the time of a high speed traveling, a lifting occurs in a radial outward direction by a centrifugal force to be operated at the weight 3 to approach the tire to a true circular shape, thereby effectively suppressing a tire vibration at the high speed.
