PURPOSE:To obtain an aluminum alloy-made heat exchanger having excellent joining strength between a tube material and a fin and corrosion resistance by thermal-spraying the specific alloy containing Bi as a brazing filler metal on the surface of the tube material and applying a flux brazing or an atmospheric brazing after assembling the bear fins of a specific aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:After thermal-spraying Zn on the surface, the aluminum alloy- made bear fins are joined to the aluminum alloy-made tube material having the film thermal-spraying the brazing filler metal by the flux brazing or the atmospheric brazing. The alloy composition of the brazing filler metal is the Al alloy composed of 6-13wt% Si, 0.1-0.5% Bi and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. Further, the alloy composition of the bear fin is the Al alloy composed of 0.5-5wt% Mn and the balance Al with inevitable impurities or the Al alloy composed of 0.5-5wt.% Mn, 0.5-8% Zn and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. |
