PURPOSE:To surely press more than one ceramic green sheet with a lower pressure by repeating a pressurization cycle including a pressurization process by a specified pressure and a pressure reduction process. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic green sheet laminate is arranged in a lower mold 12 which is set in a press 11. The press 11 has a hydraulic cylinder 13 which moves the lower mold vertically and an upper mold 14 which is fixed to the main body of the press 11 above the lower mold 12. A hydraulic servo valve 15 is operated by a controller 19, and the lower mold 12 is moved vertically by the hydraulic cylinder 13 to press the ceramic green sheet laminate. In pressing, a pressurization cycle including a pressurization process by a specified pressure and a pressure reduction process is repeated two or more times. By repeating the cycle, the pressurization process is also repeated, and consequently the pressurization term is repeated with a constant pressure maintained, so that the laminate can be adhered intensively without increasing the maximum pressure in the pressurization. |
