The automatic winder for correctly loading/unloading the winding core for performing high-speed winding, has a simplified structure of the splicing arm. The winder comprises : a core loading section (10) mounted at the top of the core laminated device; a pivotable turret arm section (20) having a chuck mounted at the respective a pex; a chucking arm section (30) connected with a pneumatic cylinder, a main drive motor (2), a turret motor; a pinch roll section (40) between the sinding shaft and a film take-up section, for passing film through a tension pick-up roll (41), a pinch roll (42), a rubber roller (42a), a tension pick-up guide roll (43), a third guide roller (44) to the splicing-winding section (58); a splicing arm section (50) having the splicing-winding section (58); and a drive section having a main drive motor (2) and turreting motor.
