PURPOSE:To provide a method and a device for ESR(electron spin resonance) continuous measurement whereby a number of samples can be measured continu ously without varying one of the settings of an ESR device. CONSTITUTION:The measuring portion 11 of an ESR device 10 is provided with a sample tube 21 for storing a sample 20 to be measured, and the sample tube 21 has a storage means 22 for holding the sample 20 in a measuring position (a), a takeout means 23 provided at the lower end of the sample tube 21 to take out the measured sample 20 at a takeout position, and a supply means for supplying the next sample 20 to be measured to a measurement preparing position (c).
