PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of an information processing system without giving any change to a system bus in a data transfer discontinuing method of the information processing system. CONSTITUTION:In an information processing system where plural processors communicate with each other via a common bus 200, each processor is provided with a fault detecting means 101 which checks the presence or absence of faults of the data transferred among the processors via the bus 200, a communication invalidity notifying means 102 which sends the communication invalidity notification to the processor of the receiver side via the bus 200 in order to invalidate the transfer of the faulty data under transfer, and a communication invalidity processing means 103 which invalidates the communication under execution with the processor of the transmitter side when the communication invalidity noticication is received through the bus 200. |
