摘要 PURPOSE:To improve thermal efficiency, reducing manufacturing cost, by installing an induction heating body at the peripheral edge part of the outer surface of the bottom part of a heat conductive body and forming the heat conductive body in contact with the induction heating body thick. CONSTITUTION:As for a stainless steel plate 3b installed on the bottom part outer surface of a pan 3 having a first and a second induction heating coil 5 and 6 carrying a current the bottom part peripheral edge part of the pan 3 opposed to the second induction heating coil 6 and further the center part opposed to the first induction heating coil 5 are concentrically heated. Since a large convection is generated in the hot water in the pan 3, the whole rice is heated uniformly. Further, as for the aluminum 3a of the pan 3, the part in contact with the stainless steel plate 3b is formed thick, and the heat generated concentrically can be transmitted speedily to the whole pan 3 through the aluminum 3a. Further, since the stainless steel plate 3b is installed only at the part opposed to the induction heating coils 5 and 6, the use of the expensive stainless steel plate having the large specific gravity can be averted at the unnecessary part, and the thermal efficiency of the pan 3 can be improved, and cost reduction can be achieved.
