Safety device for door lock

Described is a safety device (10) for a lock, such as a door lock, the safety device having, located inside a housing (11), a movably mounted shutter (12) operated by a handle (33) accessible from outside the housing (11). The shutter (12) either shuts off or unblocks the key channel (5) leading into the lock. The shutter (12) is allowed to move into its shutt-off or unblocking position by a bolt (15) on a combination lock (13) which is located inside the housing (11) but can be operated from outside the housing. The handle (33) and shutter (12) are operatively connected to each other by means of an actuator mechanism. An additional safety feature against forced entry from outside is the fact that the actuator mechanism includes a coupling (28) located between the handle (33) and a locking element (25, 26, 29) which works in conjunction with the shutter (12) to hold it in the locked position, the coupling giving way with a return stroke (L) in the unblocking direction (Y).
