<p>PURPOSE:To improve flexibility and sealing ability and to always secure stable water stop performance by inserting the end parts of both pipes to be connected to each other in the interior of a split type sheath pipe having a projection on the inside thereof, and then injecting low hardening liquid rubber through a filler injection port of the sheath pipe. CONSTITUTION:In order to connect a pair of opposite pipes 1, 2 to each other, the opposite end parts thereof are respectively inserted in the interior of an upper sheath pipe 3 and butted to each other. At this time, stopper projections 5 are respectively integrally fixed to both end parts of the upper sheath pipe 3, and rubber rings 6 are fitted to the insides thereof. A seal tape 7 is stuck to a gap formed by butting both main pipes 1, 2 to each other. Further, the upper sheath pipe 3 is connected to a lower sheath pipe 3'. A low hardening liquid rubber 4 is injected through a filler injection port 8 bored in the upper sheath pipe 3 between both stopper projections 5, and then the filler injection port 8 is closed by a tap 9. Thus, flexibility and sealing ability are improved, and stable water stop performance is always secured.</p> |
