PURPOSE:To keep a buffle means at an appropriate position and to perform uniform coating by performing the displacement of the buffle means for at least two times including the displacement in an opposite direction during one cycle of a coating process. CONSTITUTION:Pan-coating is performed by applying sugar-coating, for example. by housing a tablet that is a material to be coated in a rotary container 1, rotating the rotary container 1 around a horizontal axial line with a motor 2 and a belt 3, and also, spraying sirup that is coating liquid from a spray nozzle 8 to the rotary container 1 via ducts 6, 7 and a ventilation part 5 as supplying/discharging fluid such as the air. A buffle 9 formed for the agitation of the tablet is displaced for at least two times including the displacement in the opposite direction, for example. an upward direction and a downward direction(or, rightward/leftward or forward/backward direction for the axial direction of the rotary container) during one cycle of the coating process fitting in the increasing/decreasing volume of the tablet. |
