The decalcomania method of an outer-coated paper of a bag made of an aluminium sheet is characterized by (a) luster-treating the aluminium sheet, and nonluster-treating it with NH4F, (b) film-treating the sheet with a sulfuric acid to form the sulfuric acid-coated film of 8˜12 μm thickness, (c) heat-transfering a transfer paper made from a neocrown inK on the surface of the sheet, (d) seal-treating the transfered sheet with Ni(CH3COO)24H2O to penetrate the transfer pigment into the micropores, and to form a sulfuric acid-coated film for the protection of the penetrated pigment, and (e) covering the film with a transparent epoxy coating material, and drying the covered film.
