摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a fine movement robot capable of moving along the side wall of a passage without installing any special guiding facility, extremely simple in constitution and hardly being affected by disturbance. CONSTITUTION:This fine moving robot 1 is constituted of a movement mechanism part 1 for performing move along one side wall 100 of any suitable passage, a communication part 3 for transmitting or receiving information, a work part 4 for performing work, driving control part for controlling the drive of the movement mechanism part 2, the communication part 3 and the work part 4, a power source such as a button battery for autonomously performing movement and various jobs, and a housing 7 for housing them. The distances between the wall and the front part/rear part of a main body advancing direction is detected by detection parts 14 and 15, and when the distance is within a normal value, 'normality' is outputted, but when the distance is larger than the set value, 'abnormality' is outputted. The robot is moved by judging the position relation between the wall and the movement robot corresponding to the binary of ON or OFF, for example.
