The subject of the invention is a circuit and arrangement for NH3 cooling installations with evaporation liquefiers which envisages a safety circuit in the event of damage. The aim of the invention consists in providing a circuit and arrangement which excludes the disadvantages of the state of the art described and absorbs escaping ammonia in the machine space inside the actual cooling installation. According to the invention, an additional connection is arranged on the evaporation liquefier, the evaporation liquefier and the machine space are connected via a separate line in which a fan is integrated, and a sensor is arranged in the machine space.
