PURPOSE:To restrain deformation of a gear by arranging a hollow part inside of a thick part in the gear whose flange gear is composed of a resin material by injection molding and which is arranged on a cylindrical member in an image forming device by adopting a process cartridge system. CONSTITUTION:In a photoreceptor drum 8 of an image forming device in which a process cartridge is installed, an organic photoreceptor 8b being a photosensitive layer is applied to an outer peripheral surface of a drum base body 8a composed of cylindrical aluminium, and a flange gear 8c having a hollow part 8c2 inside of a thick part 8c1 is fixed to one end of the drum 8. When driving force is transmitted to this flange gear 8c, the photoreceptor drum 8 is rotated. In this case, the flange gear 8c is formed so that the hollow part 8c2 is arranged inside of the thick part 8c1 by using the so-called pressurized gas injection system by which pressurized gas is injected into resin after melting resin is injected into a metal mold. Thereby, strength in the radial direction of the gear is heightened. |
