An upward protruding tube (2) supporting a right angled bent tubular piece (3) for the support (4) is fixed to the foot (1). A vertical strut (5) is positioned on, especially in the centre of, the foot, and supports a horizontal arm (6) swivelling on a horizontal plane round the strut. The end of the horizontal arm facing away from the strut has a vertically upward protruding tube into which the tubular piece is inserted from the top and which has two right-angled bends (7,8), and, on its other end, the support. |
