The head drum arrangement according to the invention comprises a lower drum, which is connected rigidly and fixedly to a supporting plate of the head drum arrangement; a rotary shaft, which passes through the central part of the lower drum and interacts in a rotationally movable manner with the upper and lower bearings; an upper drum, which is connected rigidly and fixedly to the rotary shaft and comprises a face which is fixed to the head, a face which is fixed to the rotary transmission device and a face which interacts with the bearing, which faces all lie on one and the same level, and which is provided on the bottom face of the upper drum, and comprises a driving part, which is arranged on the lower part of the rotary shaft for driving the rotary shaft.
