PURPOSE:To make it possible to automatically and well-balancedly arrange a character string, sentence data and graphic data by preparing a printing command for printing data resulting from the synthesization of form data, character data and transmitting the printing command to a printer. CONSTITUTION:The form data of a routine document is prepared and preserved, the form data, character data and graphic data stored as each file in a secondary storage means 40 is processed, an output format is prepared by synthesizing the data and a printing command is transmitted to a printer 9. A routine document preparation system using this is composed of the printer 9, a character graphic format device 10, the secondary storage means 40, a data base device 20 and a graphic preparation device 30. Thus, a character string, sentence data and graphic data can be automatically and well-balancedly arranged. |
