Sliding frames with adjustable and raisable slats

Device enabling the amount of light let in through openings or windows in buildings, and hence the light levels therein, to be controlled vertically and horizontally down to total darkness, whilst allowing easy adjustment and handling in order to allow people to pass through. It consists of one or more sliding frames, fitted with mobile horizontal slats which can pivot horizontally and can be raised.
