PURPOSE:To prevent the back crack due to the excessive folding by preventing the paper clogging and breakage due to the catching slip-off by previously forming the intermittent cut parts in the vicinity of the position corresponding to the foldings in the parallel folding of a web and cutting the excessive rest part by a folding blade. CONSTITUTION:A web which is sent in between a sawing drum 22 and a folding drum 23 by a nip roller is cut by a sawing cutter device 13e and a sawing cutter receiver 14c, and cut parts are formed continuously at the positions corresponding to the foldings in the parallel folding by a partial cutter 41 and a partial cutter receiving device 42. Further, after transfer, the whole surface of the rest part is cut by inserting a blade 27p having the intermittent cutting edges to the intrusion position to the folding blade receiving part 33. Since, at this time, a biting plate 34 is at the position free of the cutter of the blade 27p having the intermittent cutting edges, a cut fold section can be grasoed before the cut fold section is cut perfectly. Accordingly, the cut sheet can be transferred surely, and the trouble such as the paper lagging and breakage due to the catching slip-off can be prevented. |
