PURPOSE:To obtain a method for manufacturing a decorating product in which a transparent resin material capable of simplifying manufacturing steps is used as a base by superposing a coloring sheet material on a surface of a plate provided on an inner surface of a mold, clamping molds and pressing after or during injecting of the transparent molten resin material to integrally mold it. CONSTITUTION:A plate 9 in which a relief of a logo mark etc., is previously formed and a coloring sheet material 10 are mounted in a bottom of a cavity 6 of a movable mold 2. Then, the mold 2 is moved in a closing direction, and an end edge of a dam plate 7 is brought into contact with its parting surface Pn. A from this state into a gate 13 through a spool 12. Thereafter, when the molds are completely clamped, the material 5 is introduced to a fine uneven part of the material 10 in the case of developing it, and the coloring sheet material 10 is integrated with the molten resin material 5 by a mechanical coupling generated thereby. When the molds are opened and released, the transparent resin layer is integrated with the colored shet layer, and the completed product in which the logo mark protrudes on its rear surface is obtained. |
