PURPOSE:To make the correction of a document conventionally considerably depending on manual work automatic, efficient and saved in manpower by automatically correcting a word, replacing it to a correct answer word and automatically correcting the document when that a wrong word has correction candidates and is suited conditions concerning a position decided as the wrong word by document analysis processing by a computer in a sentence correction system. CONSTITUTION:When document analysis processing 2 is started by receiving document analysis request processing 1, an analysis target document 10 is divided while collating a word dictionary 11, the correction candidates are detected correction candidate retrieval processing 2-4 is performed based on a correction candidate dictionary 12, a correction word information 13 is outputted, next, an automatic replacement processing 5 is performed based on the analysis target document 10, the word dictionary 11 and the correction word information 13, and a corrected document 15 and a correction history information 14 can be generated. |
