The compounds have antifungicidal and antimicrobial activity and are used in medicine. They are selected among a group of azole derivatives having the general formula (formula) where their substitute have the respective meanings. The invention is also related to pharmaceutically acceptable acid-adjoint salts and stereochemical isomer forms of the compounds.
