The present invention consists of a knife whose blade, which cuts on one side only, and possibly on part of the other, comprises a vegetable peeler that cuts on the same side. This tool will be just as useful for the right-handed as for the left-handed: for left-handed persons the peeler will be on the left of the blade, for the right-handed on the right.
