The circuit equalizes the gain and noise characteristics, and improves the distortion of signal and group delay characteristics. The circuit includes the 1st, 2nd amplifiers, the input, output matching circuit of 1st and 2nd amplifiers, the 1st transmission line which transfers the output of 1st amplifier to the input matching circuit, the 2nd transmission line and resistor which transfer DC bias source to the 1st transmission line, a feedback circuit which includes the 1st transmission line and capacitor.
