Auxiliary components are superimposed on the conventional room temp. regulating circuit. The electrically fed IR emitters in the form of copper plates are integrated in styrene or plaster panels, installed as wall, ceiling or floor elements. The instantaneous location of a person in the room(3), is only acted on with an increased IR heat radiation. A central programmable regulating module produces self learning sensor data, and related to personnel movement in the room, activates or deactivates heating elements at predicted times. Persons are detected individually and according to location, with a target setting, to facilitate a person connected specification of the heating power. ADVANTAGE - Reduces yearly operating costs of heating plant. Heating elements operated dynamically to ensure optimum comfort of personnel.
