PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts in the constituting member of a rotor and also to improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION:A rotor magnet 34 and a chucking magnet 35 are integrally molded by a plastic magnet materal 33. Also, a rotor yoke 31 and a table 32 are integrated to the rotor magnet 34 and the chucking magnet 35 at the time when the plastic magnet material 33 is molded. |
