The application concerns: novel 2-oximino-2-pyridyl acetic acid derivatives of formula (I), wherein R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, Z, Ar and A have the meanings indicated in the description; a number of process for manufacturing the said compounds; and the use of the said compounds as anti-parasitic agents.
