There is presented and described a device for the application and distribution of liquid, creamy and pasty products on parts of the body, with a housing consisting of several parts and serving as a storage vessel, whose housing parts are connected to one another in a releasable and liquid-tight manner, a shaft intended as a handle being arranged at least indirectly on the housing, and a multiplicity of application balls being mounted rotatably such that a part of the outer surface of each ball projects into the housing interior and another part of the outer surface projects from the housing. It is the object of the invention to provide a device for the application and distribution of liquid, creamy and pasty products which has a simple design and is easy to handle, and which permits very uniform and complete wetting of all application balls even in the partially emptied state and in an upright position. This object is achieved in that the handle and the housing are connected to one another at least so as to be pivotable and the housing comprises an undivided storage vessel for the product.
