The liquid cleaning product according to the invention, in particular for manual cleaning operations at room temperature, is characterised in that it is formed from the mixture of hydrochlorofluorocarbon 141b and of at least one other liquid cleaning constituent having physical flashpoint (ignition point), evaporation rate and boiling point characteristics which give the said mixture high values for the said characteristics; the said other product advantageously consists of a hydrocarbon cut, methoxypropanol and/or dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether.
