The invention pertains to medicine, specifically, cosmetic science. The invention in essence relates to a method of massaging the face and neck with a device and involves electrical stimulation, using low-frequency current with a pulse frequency of 10-130 Hz and an amplitude of up to 135 mA, of all the facial and neck muscles simultaneously, with subsequent manual massage and vibration treatment at a frequency of 10-30 Hz at one end of the muscle attachment while the opposite end is held with the fingers, the position of the fingers being changed every 1-1.5 minutes.
