<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the usage of a device without permission by a third person by controlling the output of the rising permission signal of an electronic equipment based on a request signal supplied from the electronic equipment and the state of a switch interlocking with the rotation of a locking mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A portable electronic equipment 3 and a box 1 for extending the function of the electronic equipment 3 are constituted so as to be attachable and detachable, and at the time of mounting, they are electrically connected through connecters 37 and 38. The box 1 is equipped with a switch 59 interlocking with the locking mechanism enabling the usage only by a specific user, and a security circuit 55 which supplies a signal SYS-ON permitting the rising to the electronic equipment 3 by the state of the switch 59 and a rising request signal PWR-ON from the electronic equipment 3. Then, at the time of detecting a DOKED signal grounded at the box 1 side when the connecters 37 and 38 are connected, a control part 68 of the electronic equipment 3 supplies a PWR-ON signal, and operates rising only when the SYS-ON signal is returned.</p> |
