摘要

PURPOSE:To make it possible to produce pot-steamed hotchpotch having appearance and quality equivalent to that produced by boiling in a short time using a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION:A dilute egg liquid containing an ingredient material is fully packed in a upper face-opened container forming a crossing part of the inside face and the inner bottom face of the container in a for of the curved face and a lid consisting of a microwave shielding material is covered thereon and the container is sealed.
