PURPOSE:To receive data in a format suitable for application on a client terminal equipment and to confirm the distribution up to a designated user by analyzing a file service request command from the client terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:A facsimile server equipment 10 is connected to client terminal equipments 2, 3 via a LAN 1 and connected to facsimile equipments 5, 6, 8, 9 via an ISD network 4 and a public telephone network 7. Then a service request command of the client terminal equipments 2, 3 is analyzed and in the case of facsimile signal reception, when a user on a LAN is designated, the signal is stored in a file server 10 in a file format form designated in advance from the client terminal equipment. Furthermore, when the signal is received from the number of a designated facsimile equipment in advance, the designation return file is sent to a facsimile equipment of the number. Thus, data are received in a format suitable for application and distribution is confirmed. |
