Rotary thin-film dryer

The rotary thin-film dryer is suitable for drying different highly viscous products, in particular pasty, abrasive or moist/crumbly products. It has a long service life. The invention is based on a vertical rotary thin-film dryer, of which the wiper blades move the product for drying on a heated surface. Said surface is a horizontal, circular channel with discharge opening. The gap adjustment of the wiper blades in the channel takes place in conjunction with a compression spring via an electromagnet. One or more pneumatic beaters are fitted on the conical base of the rotary thin-film dryer. In a further development of the rotary thin-film dryer, it is provided with a plurality of heated channels, and its wiper blades can be adjusted in height.
